• Any data related to ZikRme (plans, customer data, pricing, code, UI) is strictly confidential.
• Sharing internal information with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Violation leads to immediate termination + legal action.

02. Data Protection

• All work created (designs, code, strategies) is the sole property of ZikRme.
• You have no ownership rights over any company asset.
• Unauthorized copying or transferring is prohibited.

03. Work Discipline

• You must complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Ignoring instructions or negligence is professional misconduct.
• Repeated failure = termination without notice.

04. Unauthorized Activities

• Working on competitor platforms.
• Misuse of company resources.
• Fake reporting or manipulation of work.
• Violation = Instant Termination.

05. Communication Rules

• Maintain professional communication at all times.
• Disrespect or toxic behavior = zero tolerance.
• Internal matters must not be discussed publicly.

06. Attendance

Consistent activity and reporting is required. Absence may lead to:

Warning → Suspension → Termination

07. Account Security

• Login credentials must not be shared.
• Report suspicious activity immediately.
• You are responsible for actions done through your account.

08. Termination Policy

• ZikRme can terminate access without prior notice.
• Legal action for serious violations.
• Recovery of damages if loss is caused.

09. Legal Compliance

You must follow all applicable laws. Any illegal activity under your role will be your personal liability.

10. Agreement Binding
